About the role
The Advisor will provide expert client service in Boston, MA, supporting the Client Service team. This position involves managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service
- Develop and maintain strong communication skills with clients

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in client service or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
