Senior Claims Specialist - Workers Compensation - $124,000

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of mid to complex workers compensation claims in the state of CA
• Manage client relationships
• Provide technical guidance to more junior adjusters

Requirements

• Extensive experience within workers compensation claims in the state of CA
• Highly experienced with coverage analysis within workers compensation
• Exposure to complex losses and litigation within workers compensation
• Experience working at an insurance carrier handling WC claims (TPAs also considered)
• Excellent knowledge of all related policy wording and regulations within workers compensation
• Adjuster License in California - essential

Qualifications

• Salary up to $124,000 plus 10% annual bonus
• A clear path to leadership or other senior technical roles
