Responsibilities
- Investigate claims and determine appropriate coverage
- Communicate with clients to resolve disputes and provide support
- Prepare and submit claims documentation accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in claims handling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
- Experience with claim management software
- Strong attention to detail
