Senior Claims Processor

Responsibilities

• Implement Claim process globally.
• liaise with service providers and internal Business to support the effective management of claims.
• Where appropriate, assist in the review of claims.
• Identify and/or respond to requests for support for assistance from the wider group.
• Ensure claims are file in a timely manner

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in complaint investigation.
• Strong communications and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Competent using office software including Database management, MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
