Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide support.
• Adhere to regulatory standards and maintain compliance with insurance laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in claims processing or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
