Schedule

• Hybrid schedule: 2 days remote / 3 in‑office

Pay

Salary $100,000 - $160,000 + bonus. In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, this range represents a good‐faith estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, credentials, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex Employer's Liability claims from assignment through closure.
• Investigate liability, damages, coverage, and claim exposure.
• Evaluate medical records, wage loss documentation, expert reports, and legal pleadings.
• Establish appropriate reserves and develop claim resolution strategies.
• Direct defense counsel, experts, and other vendors.
• Identify risk transfer, indemnification, and additional insured opportunities.
• Participate in mediations, settlement conferences, and other resolution proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and manage high-exposure claim outcomes.
• Collaborate with underwriting, risk control, insureds, brokers, and internal stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree required; Attorney license preferred.
