About the role

The Senior Claims Adjuster will oversee TPA activities related to commercial property damage claims, including those involving hotels, restaurants, hospitality builders, real estate buildings, and other commercial units. The role involves handling complex losses such as litigation and coverage issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TPA activities related to commercial property damage claims
• Provide coverage advice to TPAs
• Handle complex losses including litigation and coverage issues
• Manage claims above $100,000 in value up to larger loss limits

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial property claims experience at an insurance carrier
• Excellent knowledge of wide-ranging commercial property damage claims
• TPA Oversight experience, including coverage advice to TPAs
• Experience with litigation and coverage matters in commercial property claims
• Bachelor's degree essential
• Adjuster license in multiple states essential
