We are seeking an experienced Senior Claim Supervisor to lead a dedicated claims adjusting unit responsible for handling complex casualty/GL claims. This leadership role is ideal for a claims professional who combines strong technical expertise with proven people management skills and a passion for delivering fair, timely, and accurate claim resolutions. As a key member of our Claims organization, you will oversee a team of adjusters, ensuring claims are investigated, evaluated, negotiated, and resolved in accordance with policy provisions, legal requirements, and company guidelines. You will provide coaching, direction, and performance management while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer service. Preference will be given to candidates who can fulfill a hybrid work schedule from our Montpelier, VT office, but consideration will be given to candidates who reside within MA, NH, RI, CT, and ME.
