• Perform site visits and inspections to assess structural conditions and oversee repair implementations.
• Mentor junior engineers.

Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering. 10-plus years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on the assessment and repair of existing structures preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license. Extensive experience in structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, RISA, or equivalent). Extensive experience applying ACI design codes for structural repair and rehabilitation. Extensive experience working with construction teams and understanding of constructability considerations. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to collaborative projects.

• Master’s or PhD degree in civil or structural engineering
• Structural Engineer (SE) license
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Experience working on structural steel analysis, including some bolted and welded connection designs
• Active in professional organizations, such as ASCE, ACI, AMPP, SEI, ICRI
