The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules carefully: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading 4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings 5. Preserve ALL substantive information 6. Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions) 7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it 8. Never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text 9. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them 10. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the content: The posting has: - "About you" section - company description, culture, values, diversity - "Our purpose and beliefs" - company mission and values - "Our vision for Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging" - D&I statement - "About the job" - role description for Senior Civil/Structural Designer in Deer Park, TX - "Skills and Responsibilities" - detailed responsibilities list - "Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience" - qualifications, skills, experience requirements - "Details about the role" - location, relocation, travel, contract type, experience level I need to organize this into appropriate sections. The rules say to use headings like "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". But only include sections that have real content. Looking at the content: - "About the role" - could combine "About the job" and maybe some company context - "Responsibilities" - the long list under "Skills and Responsibilities" - "Requirements" or "Qualifications" - the knowledge/skills/education/experience section - "Skills" - software skills, etc. - "Details" - location, contract type, travel, etc. (maybe "Schedule" or separate section) The posting mentions "Contract type: Full-time" and "Travel required: Per Project Requirements" but no specific pay, benefits, or schedule details beyond that. So I should not create Pay or Benefits sections. Schedule might be relevant if there's schedule info, but only "Full-time" is mentioned. I'll structure as: 1. About the role (combining company intro and job overview) 2. Responsibilities (the long list) 3. Qualifications (experience, education, certifications) 4. Skills (software, technical skills) 5. Additional Details (location, contract type, travel, etc.) But the rules say to use specific heading names: "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". I should map to these. "Requirements" and "Qualifications" might be similar. The posting has "Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience" which includes both requirements and qualifications. I could use "Qualifications" for the experience/education/certifications, and "Skills" for the software/technical skills. The "Details about the role" has location, relocation, travel, contract type, experience level. Experience level is already in qualifications. Location, contract type, travel could go under "Schedule" or a separate section. But the rules say only use "Schedule" if posting states schedule info. "Full-time" is schedule info. Travel is not exactly schedule. Maybe include in "About the role" or a separate "Details" section? But the rules only allow those specific headings. I could use "Schedule" for contract type and travel? Or maybe not include a separate section and fold into "About the role". Better to follow the allowed headings. I'll use: - About the role - Responsibilities - Qualifications - Skills - Schedule (for contract type and travel) But "Schedule" might be misleading. The rules say "Schedule" as a heading. The posting says "Contract type: Full-time" and "Travel required: Per Project Requirements". That could be considered schedule-related. I'll include a "Schedule" section with those details. Now, I need to remove boilerplate: The EEO/equal opportunity statements, disability-friendly employer, etc. are boilerplate. The "About you" section has a lot of company culture fluff. The rules say "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." But also "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate". The company culture description might be considered substantive? It's about the company, not the role. The rules say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." I think the company description is not directly about the role, but the "About the job" is. I'll include a brief company overview in "About the role" but not the lengthy values and D&I statements. However, the user said "Preserve ALL substantive information". The company's purpose and beliefs might be considered substantive for the role? But the rules say to remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. The D&I statement is essentially EEO boilerplate. I'll remove the lengthy company culture and keep only the "About the job" paragraph. Let me parse the content: "About you: Join us. Unleash your energy within... [long company culture]" - this is company branding, not role-specific. I'll omit or condense. "Our purpose and beliefs: As Kent, we’re tackling the greatest challenge... [beliefs]" - company mission, could be included in About the role. "Our vision for Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging: ..." - EEO boilerplate, remove. "About the job: Kent is looking for a Senior Civil /Structural Designer to be based in Deer Park, TX and support regional operation projects(s). This position requires a thorough knowledge of civil/structural design. The primary responsibility of this position is to handle and coordinate all civil/structural design processes, procedures, standards, 3D administration and coordination and to ensure design documents are issued in accordance with those processes, procedures and standards as well as client specifications. Another primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate all 3D activities between disciplines and to ensure the final drawings issued from the Civil/Structural Design Group meet the quality standards of the Company. The person in this position must have a positive work ethics, good interpersonal skills, and good problem-solving skills." - This is the role overview. "Skills and Responsibilities: Responsibilities: [long list]" - Responsibilities section. "Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience: Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification: [list]" - Qualifications. "Computer Skills: [list]" - Skills. "Communication: [requirement]" - Could be part of Qualifications or Skills. "Behavior/ Core Competencies: [list]" - Could be part of Qualifications. "HSSEQ: [statement]" - Boilerplate, remove. "Details about the role: Location: Deer Park, TX Relocation required: N/A Travel required: Per Project Requirements Contract type: Full-time Experience level: 10 plus years" - Details. I'll create sections: 1. About the role: Include company mission (purpose and beliefs) and job overview. 2. Responsibilities: The list. 3. Qualifications: Experience, education, certifications, behavior competencies. 4. Skills: Software, computer skills, communication. 5. Schedule: Contract type, travel, location (maybe location in About the role). But location is important. Could put location in About the role. The rules: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So no "Senior Civil/Structural Designer" heading. Now, write HTML. I'll use

for each section heading. For lists, use
    • . For prose,

. Ensure no markdown code fences. Let's draft. Section 1: About the role
