Senior Civil Project Manager – Land Development

Key Responsibilities

• Lead private land development projects from planning through final completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall project performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project financial performance and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.
• Support business growth and contribute to future office leadership initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Active California Professional Engineer (PE) License (Required).
• 10+ years of Civil Engineering Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing Private Land Development projects.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and client management.
• Experience coordinating with municipalities and regulatory agencies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong leadership skills with interest in future office management responsibilities.
