Senior Civil Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in the successful delivery of a wide range of water resources projects and tasks.
- Manage projects by defining deliverables, building and guiding project teams, managing scope changes, establishing communication plans, and monitoring project progress and performance.
- Oversee planning, design, and construction support services for fisheries, fish passage, hydropower, dams, flood control, pump stations, water treatment, stormwater, surface water management, and other heavy civil infrastructure projects.
- Collect and analyze field data, as-built drawings, and engineering reports to assess existing conditions and identify critical design criteria.
- Develop, manage, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and pursue project opportunities and prepare competitive proposals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in civil and/or hydraulic engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required; NCEES registration preferred.
- Demonstrated design delivery experience with water resource infrastructure projects, including fisheries-related projects, hydropower, dams, water conveyance, stormwater networks, heavy grading, water treatment facilities, spillways, and pump stations.
- Familiarity with civil engineering design software.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering codes, standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment, lead project tasks, work independently, and remain self-motivated.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% monthly.

Compensation Package
Pay Range: $124,000 - $202,450 (DOE)
