Senior Civil Engineer - Land Development

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and commercial land development projects from proposal through final delivery
• Manage project budgets, scopes, schedules, contracts, and client expectations
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and provide technical leadership
• Navigate complex engineering, entitlement, and permitting challenges
• Develop and maintain client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff
• Contribute to the continued growth of the team and business

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 6+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial land development
• Strong understanding of local design standards, permitting processes, and construction practices
• Experience managing client relationships and multidisciplinary project teams
• Ability to oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and project delivery
• Experience with project management platforms such as Vision, Newforma, Buzzsaw, or similar tools
