Senior Civil Engineer - Associate

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer - Associate to join our growing Land Development team in Orlando, Florida. This is an outstanding opportunity for a licensed engineer who is looking to take the next step in their career with a well-established consulting firm. In this role, you will lead the design and management of land development and water resources projects from initial planning through permitting and construction document preparation. You'll work directly with clients, mentor staff, help drive business growth, and play a key role in shaping the future of the practice. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering7+ years of experience in civil engineeringPrivate land development experience, including site design, roadway design, permitting, erosion and sediment control (ESC), and stormwater management (SWM)Professional Engineer (PE) license requiredProven project management experience; client relationship management and meeting with clients are a plusBusiness development experience with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities is a plusProficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3DVisa sponsorship is not offered; must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident Benefits We believe in taking care of our team—professionally, personally, and everything in between.
