Senior Civil Engineer (8+ years)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited program
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure required with ability to be licensed in Washington State
• Minimum of eight years of professional experience in site development
• Experience collaborating with local and State agency/engineering community is a plus
• Experience designing site development plans for permitting, bid, and construction
• Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic calculations; technical studies; and preparation of site or public improvement grading, stormwater management, and utility plans
• Ability to lead projects independently and collaborate with other team members
• Effective technical writing and communication skills
• Strong project management, mentoring, and business development skills are required
• A desire to work with a collaborative team and to grow professionally

Pay

Expected annual salary range depending on experience: $115,000–$145,000
