Senior Civil Engineer (10+ years)-Water/Wastewater

Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers and business development in preparing proposals
• Actively promote our services to a diverse client base
• Help build and mentor a collaborative team
• Market our capabilities
• Deliver high-quality engineering and consulting solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Master’s degree with emphasis in water and wastewater design desirable
• American Academy of Environmental Engineers Diplomate desirable as alternative to master’s degree
• Washington Civil Engineer (P.E.) registration required
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
• Experience collaborating with local and State agency/engineering community
• Experience designing public water and wastewater treatment facilities
• Experience serving as a prime consultant
• Experience Environmental Agency and local Health District requirements
• Ability to work with counterparts in other Coffman offices to share workload when required
• Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
• Strong project management, mentoring, and business development skills
• Client management skills experience

Pay

Salary range: $120,000+
