$62.79–$70.35/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invention, no summarizing away detail. Remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. Must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes: "The full salary for this position is $62.79 - $70.35 per hour." That's Pay. Benefits: "Benefits: The City of Seattle offers a comprehensive benefits package including vacation, holiday, and sick leave as well as medical, dental, vision, life and long-term disability insurance for employees and their dependents." Also earlier mentions: "Hybrid work schedule opportunities (as appropriate) Family-friendly and multicultural work environment Generous benefits package Free Orca Pass City pension plan with employer/employee contributions Growth potential and advancement opportunities". So we have Benefits content. Schedule: "Hybrid work schedule opportunities (as appropriate)" and "Workplace Environment: This position requires 4-5 days on-site. Individual schedules will be agreed upon by the employee and their supervisor." So we have schedule info. We need sections: About the role (maybe from first paragraph describing role). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (maybe includes Experience, Education, License etc). Skills (maybe desired qualifications). Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. We must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can condense into lists? The instruction: "Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose." So we need to turn duties into list items. Requirements maybe also list. Qualifications maybe list. Skills maybe list. We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each heading has substantive content. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statements, application instructions, "How To Apply", contact info, links to website, social media, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We must keep the substantive info: Position description, role purpose, responsibilities, qualifications, desired qualifications, benefits, pay, schedule, workplace environment, etc. We need to be careful not to omit any substantive detail. We need to strip out EEO, Who may apply, How To Apply, contact, social media, etc. Also remove duplicated lines like "SPU WebsiteSPU Workplace ExpectationsStrategic Business Plan". Also remove "Why join us? About". Also remove "Additional Information". Also remove "Please note this job advertisement is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing..." maybe we can keep as note? It's substantive? It's a disclaimer about responsibilities not exhaustive. Might be considered boilerplate? It's part of responsibilities description. Might keep as a note but it's not a list item. Could keep as a paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive info: role description, responsibilities list, qualifications (experience, education, equivalency, license), desired qualifications (list), benefits, pay, schedule, workplace environment. We must not create sections with filler. So we will have sections: About the role (maybe combine position description and SPU description?), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills (maybe desired qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. About the role: Could include the initial position description and SPU overview (mission, services). That seems appropriate. Responsibilities: list of duties from "Job Responsibilities". We'll turn each sentence into

    • . Qualifications: includes Experience, Education, Equivalency, License. We'll list. Skills: Desired Qualifications list. Benefits: list of benefits (vacation, holiday, sick leave, medical, dental, vision, life, long-term disability, plus earlier mentioned: Hybrid work schedule opportunities, Family-friendly and multicultural work environment, Generous benefits package, Free Orca Pass, City pension plan with employer/employee contributions, Growth potential and advancement opportunities). But note that "Generous benefits package" is generic; we already have specific benefits. Might still list. Pay: The full salary range. Schedule: Hybrid work schedule opportunities (as appropriate), 4-5 days on-site, individual schedules agreed upon. We also have workplace environment: Most work performed in a normal office environment. We need to ensure we don't repeat info across sections incorrectly. Let's extract details precisely. **About the role** (prose): - Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is seeking a Senior Civil CADD Technician (Sr. CE Spec.) to support the Project Delivery & Engineering Branch. - This role requires advanced drafting and design services using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Plant 3D, and related platforms for SPU and SDOT capital projects, crew work, and as built/record drawings. - Reporting to the Design & Record Drafting Supervisor, the position serves as a technical lead for CADD standards, training & further developing team members CADD skill sets, and technology improvements while collaborating with internal teams and partner agencies to draft & deliver accurate, high-quality plan sets. - Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is a community-centered utility that delivers vital services to Seattle residents and businesses
