The Commercial Lines division delivers specialized insurance solutions for mid‑sized and large businesses across a broad range of commercial exposures, management liabilities, and industry segments. Its portfolio includes tailored coverage for General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers’ Compensation, Property, Excess Liability, and Financial Lines products such as Management Liability, Professional Liability, Cyber, Crime, and Fidelity. Responsibilities
- Provide solutions to business problems using CVAD and DaaS architectures.
- Publish applications using the Management Console.
- Design solutions involving CVAD and DaaS technology.
- Interface with networking personnel to implement, support and troubleshoot CVAD and DaaS perimeter architectures.
- Install and configure StoreFront.
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of all phases of Citrix implementation.
- Stay current with emerging technologies including XENServer, VMWare, VDI and application virtualization.
- Build Citrix Servers in both physical and virtual environments.
- Support and maintain the global Citrix environment (24/7):
- Monitor the environment using Director and other native, including third‑party utilities.
- Work with other IT departments to troubleshoot application issues.
- Resolve performance issues.
- Resolve ICA client/VDA issues.
- Perform software and hardware upgrades.
- Maintain OS/third‑party application patch levels.
- Provide server support and implementation.
- Perform server OS builds.
- Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and IP issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, related experience, and/or relevant certifications.
- Minimum of 5‑7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years focused on Citrix technologies.
- In‑depth knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
- Experience with Citrix ADC (NetScaler), StoreFront, Director, Studio, and Citrix Profile Management.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell preferred).
- Experience with monitoring tools and performance tuning for Citrix environments.
- Knowledge of cloud‑based Citrix deployments (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
