Senior Category Sales Manager - Industrial Plastics
Responsibilities
- Steer sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization
- Lead sales process improvement, collaborating with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
- Lead and drive end-to-end market plans to service the consumer from ideation to execution
- Lead the development and implementation of an annual brand plan in partnership with business sales and marketing teams for the various markets
- Identify and build new go to market strategies that center equity and drive growth with target markets
- Manage dealer meetings and new dealer recruitment events including dealer onboarding process
Qualifications

- 3-5 years of Industrial Plastics experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Collaborate with other departments and functional groups within Ferguson
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficiency in O365 tools, including Power BI for reporting
- Multi-task effectively
- Enthusiasm and professionalism
Pay
Pay Range: $7,949.70 - $17,325.00
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
