- Regular apartment visits

- Medication and medical monitoring
- Contacting client’s mental health and medical health teams monthly
- Documentation of rental payments
- Contacting fire department for evacuation drills
- Conducting apartment inspections
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the Human Services field
- Strong background working with individuals who have a Mental Illness
- Masters degree preferred
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and own car preferred
