Senior Care Assistant - Bank
About the role
As a Senior Care Assistant at Cottingley Hall, you will be responsible for running a unit, issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and maintaining accurate records. You will lead and manage a team of Care Assistants, ensuring all shift handovers are conducted effectively. Additionally, you will assist with training and supervising new staff members, building relationships with residents, their families, and external teams like GPs and District Nurses, and providing assistance with a range of personal care duties.

Requirements
You must have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in care. Previous experience of the role and knowledge of its rewards and challenges are essential, along with a passion for making a real difference to people's lives.
