Senior Care Advisor

About the role

The Senior Care Advisor plays a key role in assessing PACE eligibility by building relationships with prospective participants, their family members, and caregivers. As a trusted telephonic resource, you will guide seniors who may qualify for the PACE program through the enrollment process, collaborating with market leaders, clinical teams, and others to ensure successful enrollment. This may include assisting with the Medi-Cal application process. Your work will involve handling inbound and follow-up calls, as well as outbound calls to online leads.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and "courage to love" on every call, fostering strong relationships with prospective participants, caregivers, and independent outreach associates to assist with enrollment.
• Support inbound campaigns by answering questions, identifying the needs of prospective participants, and educating them about PACE services and benefits to expand our mission.
• Make outbound calls to prospective participants who have expressed interest in learning more about WelbeHealth PACE (*not cold calls*).
• Effectively manage leads requiring follow-up calls.
• Maintain the highest level of service on all inbound and outbound calls.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree preferred; or two (2) years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in telesales, customer service sales, Medicare, or PACE sales (preferred).
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
• Medicare Advantage or PACE experience (preferred).
• Medi-Cal knowledge (preferred).

Pay

Compensation consists of a base salary plus bonus, ranging from $26.89—$35.50 USD, determined by experience and qualifications.
