Senior Card Operations Administrator

About the role
As a Senior Card Operations Administrator, you will partner with Client Relationship Managers, Treasury Managers, and Portfolio Managers when a new or existing client wants to add a premium Commercial Card program to their portfolio. You will de-escalate issues or impacts to customers within the treatment period to meet or exceed customer expectations. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on system parameters, functionalities, and capabilities to support all new customer programs being built and utilized effectively. You may also deliver exceptional client servicing support during the implementation process, including online platform training, payment training, virtual card maintenance, reconciliation, reporting training, and connection.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain recurring reports and data visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights effectively.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports delivered to internal stakeholders.
- Perform process performance analysis on datasets to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding card-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and bank policies.
- Collaborate in an ever-changing environment with a positive and motivated approach.
- Maintain a high level of organization and communication at all levels.
Requirements
- Desired education: bachelor’s degree (minimum: high school diploma).
- At least 4+ years in credit card or debit card operations, servicing, or support experience.
- Intermediate-level knowledge of general banking operations, including Commercial Credit Card, Commercial Loans, Treasury Management, and additional banking products and services.
- Intermediate-level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, and regulations, industry standards, and practices.
- Comfortable using the Microsoft suite of applications.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft 365).
- Intermediate experience working in a production environment using queues and workflows.
- Intermediate experience with either debit or credit cards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
