Senior Capability Analyst
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the end-to-end Product Owner for the Invoca platform, including roadmap, operations, and stakeholder engagement
- Lead onboarding new business groups, including configuration, setup, training, and adoption support
- Manage migration initiatives from legacy call tracking solutions to the enterprise Invoca platform
- Own and operate the intake and production support model, including triage, prioritization, and execution of requests
- Partner with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to ensure accurate attribution and performance insights
- Design, build, and maintain reporting dashboards to support business decision-making
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Invoca platform capabilities, governance, and best practices
- Ensure data quality, platform standards, and governance are consistently applied across all use cases
- Support integration with G360 Care Delivery CRM, including validation and troubleshooting of patient matchback and attribution reporting

Required Qualifications
- Any product management certification or technology certification (for example: Adobe Analytics, PMP, CAPM, CSM, PSM etc.)
- 4+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Capability Management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Invoca or similar call intelligence / call tracking platforms
- Experience working with marketing technology, analytics platforms, or call tracking systems
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and business requirements
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of data, reporting, and performance measurement
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., G360, Salesforce, or similar)
- Experience with marketing attribution and digital campaign measurement
- Experience using Salesforce (building reports and dashboards)
- Background in healthcare, payer/provider systems, or regulated environments
- Experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Pay and Benefits
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment.
