About the role

As a senior campus recruiter, you’ll partner with leaders across Progressive to attract, engage, and hire top early-career talent. Leveraging your talent acquisition expertise and market insights, you’ll develop and execute comprehensive campus recruiting strategies that connect undergraduate students with internship and full-time opportunities across the organization. You’ll create and manage a robust recruiting calendar that includes both on-campus and virtual events, building Progressive’s brand presence at key universities and talent conferences. This role involves travel, including overnight stays, to maximize engagement with students, faculty, career services teams, and diversity-focused organizations. As a trusted recruiting partner, you’ll analyze recruiting metrics, share market intelligence, and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders to support hiring outcomes and strengthen our early talent pipeline. As a brand ambassador for Progressive, you’ll deliver an exceptional candidate experience while cultivating strong, lasting relationships with university partners, student organizations, and diversity groups.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of seven years related professional experience in talent acquisition, functional HR, or business operations leadership experience which includes hiring and interviewing
  • OR a bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of four years related professional experience in talent acquisition, functional HR, or business operations leadership experience which includes hiring and interviewing
  • University career services/development/placement experience can be substituted for recruiting/talent acquisition or functional HR experience

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including requisition management, candidate sourcing, resume review, interviewing, and applicant tracking system (ATS) utilization
  • Proven success developing and executing campus recruiting strategies to attract and hire early career talent
  • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with students, faculty, career services professionals, and key stakeholders at target universities
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and executing campus, virtual, and onsite recruiting events, including career fairs, networking events, and information sessions
  • Experience leveraging recruiting metrics, market data, and hiring trends to inform recruiting strategies and stakeholder recommendations

Compensation

Base: $81,400 – $108,500/year

Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
