Responsibilities
- Inventory management and purchasing
- Scheduling of staff
- Maintaining daily/monthly food safety documentation of temperatures and cleaning procedures
- Preparing specialty coffee drinks
- Performing a wide variety of tasks related to the preparation, serving, and storing of food and cleaning of wares, equipment, and work areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of senior or lead work experience in a retail food service, coffee cafe or catering environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail, quality and presentation
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Barista experience preferred
- Point of Sale (POS) cashiering experience preferred
Requirements
- Current Food Safety Management certification
