This position is part of a dynamic team that is transforming the luxury woodworking and joinery industry from the inside out. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our innovative and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.
- Collaborate with designers and clients to develop detailed project plans and specifications.
- Manage budgets and schedules, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Oversee the installation process, ensuring all work meets high standards of craftsmanship and safety.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Woodworking, Joinery, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in woodworking or joinery.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Experience with advanced woodworking techniques and materials.
- Knowledge of sustainable practices and eco-friendly materials.
- Understanding of building codes and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in woodworking machinery and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a workshop environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
