About the role

This position is part of a dynamic team that is transforming the luxury woodworking and joinery industry from the inside out. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our innovative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.
  • Collaborate with designers and clients to develop detailed project plans and specifications.
  • Manage budgets and schedules, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Oversee the installation process, ensuring all work meets high standards of craftsmanship and safety.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Woodworking, Joinery, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in woodworking or joinery.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Qualifications

    • Experience with advanced woodworking techniques and materials.
    • Knowledge of sustainable practices and eco-friendly materials.
    • Understanding of building codes and industry standards.
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

    • Proficiency in woodworking machinery and tools.
