Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Preferred Qualifications include public, government, and cooperative purchasing experience, knowledge of business law and Kansas statutes applicable to state procurements, and certifications such as CPM, CPSM, CPPO/CPPB, APP.
