Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration or related discipline
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with SAP/Jaggaer
- Certified Purchasing Manager or Certified Professional in Supply Management (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Procure equipment, materials, and services
- Contact vendors to obtain equipment, supplies, and materials
- Verify purchase order requests
- Research sources, solicit bids, and compare suppliers
- Establish and maintain purchase inventory files
- Authorize payments to vendors
- Partner with QA department for supplier audits
- Liaise with Global Procurement Category and Process team members
- Lead local/national tenders for products and services
- Perform supplier audits
- Manage awarded suppliers
