About the role

The role involves working on cutting-edge geospatial technologies, developing innovative solutions for clients across various industries. Responsibilities include designing and implementing complex algorithms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality projects on time.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced geospatial algorithms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions
  • Contribute to project planning and execution
  • Perform code reviews and mentor junior team members
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in geospatial technology or software development
  • Experience with Python, Java, or C++ programming languages
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with geospatial libraries and frameworks (e.g., GeoPySpark, GDAL)

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of geospatial data models and geospatial databases
  • Experience with geospatial data processing and analysis tools
  • Understanding of geospatial data formats (e.g., GeoJSON, KML, Shapefile)
  • Experience with geospatial visualization tools (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS)
  • Experience with cloud-based geospatial services (e.g., AWS, Azure)

Skills

  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
  • Experience with geospatial libraries and frameworks
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with geospatial data processing and analysis tools
  • Experience with geospatial visualization tools
  • Experience with cloud-based geospatial services

Schedule
