Responsibilities
- Work alongside Field Sales Managers to support the ADP and WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite of products.
- Perform pre-sales value assessments and develop relationships with clients.
- Develop and deliver post implementation case study presentations to senior leadership.
- Conduct interviews with key stakeholders in HR, Operations, Finance, and IT to identify and quantify value opportunities.
- Collaborate and team sell with the Field Sales teams.
- Conduct consultative quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, and benchmarking.
- Create innovative ideas for clients showcasing the unique value of our solutions.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Requirements
- A minimum of seven years of directly related work experience in value engineering.
- Experience working for a SaaS organization.
- Ability to travel 25-30% including potential for international travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Engineering or related field, with an MBA degree preferred.
- Associates located near an ADP or WorkForce office may follow the ADP hybrid work model.
Qualifications
Command a strong understanding of HR, HR technology, HCM, Workforce Management, Employee Experience, SaaS, Cloud and Modern WFM solutions.
Skills
Analytical, excellent communicator, public speaker, workshop facilitator, and ability to summarize and document findings.

Pay
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
The compensation for this role is USD $93,400.00 - USD $230,000.00 / Year*
Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
