Senior Business Systems Engineer

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Business Systems Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will help translate business needs into scalable technology solutions that improve operational performance and support key workflows across the organization. You will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze challenges, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that create measurable value. The position also involves designing, testing, documenting, and supporting business applications throughout their lifecycle. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Pay

$130,332 – $195,498 annually

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to understand processes and define business requirements.
• Analyze and recommend solutions for operational challenges.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value and resource needs.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain business solutions.
• Create prototypes and documentation for developed solutions.
• Manage solutions through their lifecycle, including enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in business systems, application development, or process improvement.
• Proficiency in designing and supporting business applications and workflows.
• Experience with low-code platforms such as ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and API integrations.
