Senior Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Systems

About the role

The Business Systems Integration team at Google works to identify and resolve internal processes that hinder progress. You will build and implement solutions that are reliable and scalable, aligning with Google's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Learn more about benefits at Google.
• Take ownership over projects, track progress, mitigate risks, manage unpredictability, keep teams and clients updated, and manage stakeholders and escalations.
• Coordinate testing and work with engineering teams to deploy applications all the way to launch.
• Provide insight and drive scalable solutions aligned to strategy and architecture.
• Execute complete system implementation of transformative initiatives and projects, ensuring requirements are documented, systems configured, test documentation and execution are completed, issues are identified and resolved.
• Translate business processes and how they map to the predefined Planning and Logistics processes.
• Provide SAP implementation expertise and collaborate with technical team to ensure successful implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience designing and implementing supply chain systems.
• 10 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire life-cycle (analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).

Preferred qualifications

• Experience creating and scaling new opportunities to improve domain critical Key Performance Indicator (KPIs).
• Experience working with and influencing cross-functional leaders to define requirements and manage technical portfolios.
• Expert technical process analysis skills to translate business requirements into comprehensive solution architecture.
• Experience in full system implementation life-cycles (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support) with Supply Chain solutions.

Benefits

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $188000 - $275000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
