About the Opportunity
The Senior Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain is responsible for managing and enhancing the supply chain's operational systems, primarily focusing on NetSuite as the core platform. This role ensures seamless integration with logistics partners and supports data quality initiatives, enabling supply chain leaders to make confident decisions based on accurate, real-time information.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of NetSuite solutions for onboarding third-party logistics and carrier partners, meeting go-live deadlines without disrupting fulfillment.
- Drive improvements in supply chain data maturity and master data quality within NetSuite.
- Manage integration of supply chain visibility platforms to provide real-time shipment and inventory tracking.
- Design and implement integrations with global reverse logistics partners for scalable returns processing.
- Serve as the primary NetSuite subject matter expert, translating business needs into scalable system designs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to reduce point-to-point integrations in favor of reusable API services across supply chain systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations with at least 3 years of hands-on NetSuite ERP configuration experience.
- Proven experience with EDI integrations between NetSuite and external logistics or carrier partners.
- Expertise in designing scalable NetSuite solutions, including multi-subsidiary environments.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and demand/supply planning technologies related to NetSuite.
- Strong communication skills to effectively translate technical designs for non-technical stakeholders.
- Practical experience using large language model assistants for requirements analysis and documentation.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
- Region 1: $143,000 - $169,000
- Region 2: $130,000 - $153,000
- Region 3: $117,000 - $138,000
Compensation is determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, work location, peer equity, and market conditions.
