Senior Business Systems Analyst, Oracle ERP Cloud

About the Opportunity:The SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST, ORACLE ERP CLOUD, plays a crucial role in implementing and maintaining Oracle ERP Cloud systems. This position leads functional aspects of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, manages post go-live support, and drives continuous system improvements. The role significantly contributes to streamlining financial operations and enhancing system effectiveness to support the organization's financial and accounting functions. Responsibilities:Serve as functional lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation across Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash.Lead post go-live support including issue triage, root cause analysis, resolution, and system enhancements.Collaborate with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to identify process improvements and recommend ERP solutions.Gather and document business requirements and functional design documents.Configure Oracle ERP Cloud modules and manage configuration changes.Plan and execute testing phases including test scripts, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.Support integration processes between Oracle ERP and other systems.Coordinate with offshore technical teams through clear specifications and deliverable reviews.Support month-end and quarter-end close activities ensuring system readiness.Assist internal and external auditors with compliance documentation and evidence.Collaborate with other BSAs and IT teams for integration, data, security, and infrastructure.Contribute to release management, change management, and end-user training. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of experience as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or functional consultant with Oracle ERP Cloud expertise.Strong functional knowledge across Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash domains.Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion configuration and testing.Experience in full-cycle Oracle ERP Cloud implementation and post go-live support.Proven ability to work directly with business users and understand finance and accounting processes.Experience supporting month-end and quarter-end close.Experience working with auditors and supporting compliance requirements.Experience supporting ERP integrations and working with offshore technical teams.Strong documentation skills and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary ranges vary by geographic region, for example, $126,900 to $151,800 USD in the San Francisco Bay Area and other specified zones.The role is eligible for a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending and health savings accounts, paid holidays, and paid time off.
