Senior Business Systems Analyst, Legal Technology

For a leader in the Technical Services space, this role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI solution design and implementation for legal workflows
• Manage and optimize the legal tech ecosystem and ensure integration quality
• Develop workflow automations and system integrations using tools like Workato
• Collaborate with legal stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technology solutions
• Drive the adoption of AI tools within the legal team for enhanced efficiency
• Contribute to the development of a strategic product roadmap
• Establish KPIs to measure and report on the impact of technology initiatives
• Monitor legal tech trends to inform future tool selection and implementation

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with SaaS application configuration and API integration
• Proven track record in building and deploying AI solutions in enterprise contexts
• Familiarity with iPaaS platforms for automation and integration
• Experience engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences to understand needs and deliver solutions
• High degree of self-direction and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively
• Strong communication skills, adept at conversing with both legal professionals and technical teams

Pay

$110,900 – $166,400 annually
