Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Description

The Senior Business Analyst for IT Applications partners with business and IT teams to analyze, define, and deliver technology solutions that support enterprise operations, including Supply Chain-related processes. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring requirements are well-defined, understood, and successfully implemented. This position is well-suited for an experienced Business Analyst who has worked with or alongside Supply Chain systems and is interested in deepening their domain knowledge.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Supply Chain or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Experience with business process modeling, requirements management tools, and data analysis
• Excellent analytical skills in evaluating and interpreting end user information requirements, trouble shooting, problem solving, data extraction
• Experience with scenario development, test case construction, flowcharting
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Experience in a supply chain domain, such as forecasting, planning, production control processes
• Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
