Senior Business Systems Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This position will be based in the US and will be full-time with remote work options.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business requirements documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback
• Support project management activities including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools
• Experience with project management tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
