Role & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end business analysis for enterprise software implementations, from discovery through UAT and post-live support.Facilitate stakeholder workshops to map current-state processes and define future-state workflows anchored in business value.Document BRDs, FRDs, and user stories with precision; translate business needs into functional and non-functional system requirements.Partner with developers, QA, and product owners to validate solutions, prioritize backlog items, and mitigate scope creep.Conduct gap analysis, process re-engineering, and ROI modeling for system enhancements and ERP/CRM integrations.Drive adoption and change management by producing user guides, conducting training, and supporting go-live readiness.
