Senior Business Systems Analyst - AI & Transformation
About the role
The Acceleration Team is a small, specialized group within Business Operations focused on AI transformation and foundational architecture. We partner across Go-to-Market functions and Enterprise Applications & Data to identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve scalability, and accelerate business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes across Go-to-Market functions and Enterprise Applications & Data to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and scale.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand pain points, define desired outcomes, and recommend solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and identify practical applications that improve efficiency, decision-making, and user experience.
- Translate business needs into recommendations, requirements, process improvements, and implementation plans.
- Facilitate collaboration across business and technical teams to align priorities and drive execution.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and responsible AI adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, Product Operations, Process Improvement, or a related field.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Proven ability to analyze business processes and drive operational improvements.
- Techically curious with a demonstrated interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Regularly experiments with new tools and capabilities and stays current on industry trends.
- Experience working in Agile environments and partnering with both business and technical teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Local to Burlington MA or Raleigh NC at time of application.
- Passionate about using AI to transform business operations.
- Ability to work in a hybrid remote/flex environment.

Pay
Base Salary Range: $97,750 - $115,000

This role is a hybrid role working between your home office and our Burlington MA headquarters or Raleigh NC location.
