Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure smooth patient flow and quality care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in healthcare management.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and healthcare policies.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the state where the position is located.
• Experience with healthcare information systems and databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Skills

Pay
