Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in healthcare management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and healthcare policies.
Qualifications
- Current licensure in the state where the position is located.
- Experience with healthcare information systems and databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Skills

Pay
