Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Service, and Customer Experience teams
  • Own the platform strategy for customer-facing tools including CRM and case management
  • Lead process translation of stakeholder needs into executable solutions and criteria
  • Identify system inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions for user experience
  • Evaluate AI use cases and technology solutions to maximize business value
  • Define strategy for omnichannel customer engagement and related workflows

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in business solutions, platform leadership, or relevant customer-facing roles
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and customer engagement technologies
  • Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, Service, and Customer Experience processes
  • Experience with AI in customer-facing applications like conversational AI and workflow automation
  • Proven skills in governance and prioritization of complex workstreams
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities to influence senior leaders
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into business impact narratives

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
