Senior Business Project Manager

About the role

The successful candidate will manage a variety of enterprise level projects including application development, package software upgrades, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Prior project management experience of 5-7 years or more.
• Experience managing SAP projects is preferred; ERP project management experience.
• Experience in a PMO environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to tailor communication style to different audiences including executives.
• The ability to motivate and lead.
• Understand how to assign the right people the right tasks and be able to read other people and respond appropriately.
• Effectively manage sponsors and stakeholders to ensure enterprise project success.
• A comfortability with ambiguity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of solid PM experience within ERP (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.).
• All candidates must have strong communication skills and the ability to tailor communication style to different audiences including executives.
