Senior Business Product Owner - Remote (USA)

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a prioritized Product Backlog aligned to business objectives
• Translate business problems and opportunities into user stories
• Refined and reprioritize backlog items based on value and risk
• Define and communicate clear business outcomes for releases
• Partner with the Pod for incremental, early validation of value
• Manage stakeholder engagement through reviews and feedback sessions
• Ensure backlog priorities align with product or portfolio direction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant professional experience, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree
• Experience serving as a Business Product Owner in an Agile environment
• Proven ability to translate business needs into prioritized backlogs
• Strong decision-making skills with experience balancing value and risk
