About the role
Senior Product Owner (Product Strategy, Data & Integration)
IQVIA is seeking a Senior Product Owner responsible for driving strategic initiatives that advance IQVIA's technology ecosystem for the scoring and analytics of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs), digital measures, and composite measures.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business, functional, data, and integration requirements for strategic initiatives.
- Develop integration strategies that enable data exchange between scoring platforms, analytics solutions, laboratory data providers, clinical systems, and third-party applications.
- Participate in due diligence activities related to potential technology, product, and data acquisitions.
- Absess strategic fit, integration complexity, operational impacts, and business value.
- Develop recommendations regarding platform alignment, integration approaches, and product portfolio rationalization.
- Support post-acquisition planning and execution efforts involving products, technologies, and data assets.
- Partner with Data Stewards, Application Owners, Product Managers, and Technology teams to establish governance processes and standards.
- Identify opportunities to leverage data assets to improve decision-making and product capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Data Strategy, Technology Leadership, Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, or related areas.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience with platform integration, APIs, web services, and enterprise data exchange patterns.
- Experience implementing or supporting data governance, data management, or information governance initiatives.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with healthcare, life sciences, clinical technology, analytics, or regulated software environments.
- Experience supporting scoring systems, analytics platforms, reporting solutions, or data products.
- Experience integrating laboratory, clinical, patient-reported outcome, real-world, or external partner data sources.
- Experience evaluating technology acquisitions, partnerships, or strategic investments.
Pay
The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $98,500.00 - $274,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
