About the role

Saliense is looking for a Senior Business Process Reengineering Lead to lead, set the assessment strategy and methodology, own the Operational Assessment Plan, and is accountable for the quality and on-time delivery. They will also guide culture benchmarking and present findings and future-state recommendations to agency leadership. The Lead manages and mentors a team of mid-level and junior specialists, works with the Contract Project Manager on schedule and resourcing, and makes sure team findings set up a smooth handoff to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, set the assessment strategy and methodology, own the Operational Assessment Plan, and ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Guide culture benchmarking and present findings and future-state recommendations to agency leadership.
• Manage and mentor a team of mid-level and junior specialists.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business process reengineering, operating model design, organizational transformation, or management consulting, with at least 5 years leading engagements for federal agencies.
• A demonstrated record of leading enterprise-wide current-state assessments and future-state operating model designs for large, complex, multi-component organizations, from methodology through executive adoption.
• Deep expertise in process redesign and root-cause analysis for mission-critical, cross-organizational processes (e.g., incident reporting, operational coordination, stakeholder or sector engagement).
