Senior Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead business operations processes such as service ordering and billing accuracy
• Act as the customer's advocate, directing resources to meet operational outcomes
• Serve as the senior point of contact for operational matters, ensuring accountability to the customer
• Participate in workgroups to represent business operational interests
• Ensure alignment of operational procedures with contractual obligations
• Identify, resolve, and recommend improvements for operational issues
• Oversee all aspects of contract billing operations and related tasks

Qualifications

• 12 years of relevant experience with a High School diploma, with supervisory or lead experience preferred
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust
• 5+ years of experience in operational oversight or service delivery for government clients
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels, including executive leadership
• Proficiency in telecom billing systems; familiarity with Florida CSAB is advantageous
• Ability to audit and reconcile large-scale invoices effectively
• Familiarity with change orders and SLA impacts, along with experience in CRM and asset management systems

Pay

$104,000 – $166,000 annually
