The Business Analyst role within Apple's Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Business Operations team focuses on driving financial planning and budget oversight while building cross-functional partnerships. The analyst will translate strategic priorities into operational plans, support budgeting practices, and seek opportunities to enhance ETS operations. This position requires a blend of data analysis and interpersonal skills to provide clear insights and foster collaboration. Responsibilities

• Drive financial planning and budget oversight for the ETS Business Operations team
• Translate strategic priorities into disciplined financial and operational plans
• Support budgeting and forecasting practices within the organization
• Identify opportunities to simplify and strengthen ETS operations
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships to enhance collaboration
• Communicate priorities and risks effectively to executive leadership
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a focus on detail and accuracy

Requirements

• 3 - 12 years of experience in program management, finance operations, strategic planning, or business operations
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management, cost modeling, and procurement processes
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with experience managing large data sets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership
• Proven track record of building cross-functional relationships and driving alignment across competing priorities
• Hands-on familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake and data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity
• Strong business acumen with the ability to synthesize complex data into insights
