Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, documentation, and change management for enterprise technology initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to assess current processes, define business requirements, and identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
- Serve as the primary liaison among business units, IT, vendors, and project teams to maintain alignment throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Define functional specifications, configuration requirements, reporting requirements, workflows, and system processes.
- Lead the definition of solution architecture and provide technical consultation for enterprise technology initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs.
- Lead the design of complex business and technology solutions spanning applications, data, integrations, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
- Evaluate third-party software, cloud services, and vendor solutions against business, technical, security, operational, and support requirements.
- Partner with IT leadership to develop application strategies, technology roadmaps, and enterprise solution direction.
- Validate technical feasibility, evaluate solution alternatives, and recommend the most appropriate implementation approach.
- Develop architecture diagrams, workflow models, system documentation, and implementation artifacts supporting solution delivery.
- Coordinate the implementation of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS) software solutions across business, vendor, and technical teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of business processes, enterprise workflows, and technology-enabled solutions.
- Communicate solution recommendations, architectural decisions, risks, and key findings to business stakeholders, project teams, and executive leadership.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience delivering full-cycle technology solutions, from discovery and requirements through implementation and change management.
- At least 4 years of experience within the financial services industry.
- At least 5 years of project management experience, with an emphasis on enterprise systems development and implementation.
- Demonstrated business and systems analysis experience, including direct partnership with stakeholders to define and validate requirements.
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure and Software-as-a-Service applications.
- Experience contributing to functional and technical solution design across multiple enterprise technology domains.
- Ability to evaluate technical feasibility, solution alternatives, vendor capabilities, risks, and implementation approaches.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present recommendations and technical concepts to business, technology, and executive audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Schedule
Hybrid - onsite Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; remote Wednesday and Friday.
Commitment
40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, standard daytime business hours.
Initial Contract
6 months, with the possibility of extension.
Anticipated Start
Immediate.
