Senior Business Manager, Operations

For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Senior Business Manager, Operations to lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for delinquent customer outreach using data-driven insights
• Build customized, data-backed outreach schedules based on testing results
• Assess and determine the optimal channel mix for different customer segments
• Create a strategic roadmap for evolving the contact strategy
• Conduct hands-on analysis to inform outreach strategies
• Summarize and present strategic insights to senior leaders
• Define segmentation strategies based on individual customer needs
• Collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics experience in financial services or customer outreach strategy
• Hands-on experience with A/B or Champion/Challenger testing
• Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with Python is a plus
• Proven record in resolving complex contact or engagement strategy issues
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to translate business strategy into customer engagement roadmaps
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership to define strategic direction

Pay

$160,000 – $180,000 annually
